• You have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
• You are not prohibited from using our Services by any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Coaching Fees: Our coaching services are subject to fees, which will be clearly stated on the Site at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through [Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Colorado Medicaid].
• Refund Policy: Once a service has been rendered or a session has been held, payment is non-refundable. In exceptional cases, such as illness or emergencies, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion and with proper notice.

• Coaching Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or be fully charged.
• Group Classes or Workshops: Cancellations for group sessions or workshops must follow the specific policies outlined at the time of registration.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions, group classes, or on this Site will be kept confidential, except as required by law or as otherwise explicitly agreed upon. However, please note that communication over the internet, including email, is not fully secure, and while we take reasonable steps to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality.

• No Guarantees: Our Services are designed to provide guidance and support, but results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, and any advice or recommendations given during coaching sessions should not be considered professional or medical advice.
• Limitation of Responsibility: You agree to use our Services at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this Site or the Services.
